The team of the award-winning documentary, Call Her Ganda, presents Kapwa, a docuseries centered around Filipinos having critical conversations and self-reflections about the current and ongoing crisis that has changed all our lives. The first three episodes follow the journey of three Filipino women in Texas. Monica, Jena, and Lauren find the courage to speak out and bridge political gaps between themselves and their family against the backdrop of civil unrest and rise of COVID-19. The project is funded by CAAM through the MacArthur Foundation.
